My story: I’ve spent the last 10 years as a graphic designer. I’ve always been interested in anatomy and stretching, more so once I hit 30 and everything started to HURT. Yoga has been a big part of my life and I see great reward in daily stretching. I use a combination of strength training, massage and stretching to help alleviate my aches and pains. Now that I’m a qualified sports massage therapist, I understand why I hurt and the best way to help fix these issues.
I’m here to help people from all walks of life, whether a runner, gymnast, dancer, gym goer, office worker or dog walker. Everyone can benefit from postural assessment, stretching guidance, and regular massage to keep your body tension free so you can enjoy your hobbies to the fullest.
Both sports massage and deep tissue massage use firm pressure and target deeper layers of muscle, but they have different aims:
Designed for athletes of all levels, this massage focuses on preventing and treating sports-related muscle imbalances and injuries. It helps enhance performance and speed up recovery.
This massage targets chronic muscle tension, knots, and pain. It aims to release deep-seated muscle tension and improve overall muscle function.

Choose deep tissue massage if: You experience chronic muscle pain, tightness, or restricted movement.
